'POKEMON WATER RACE' - Entry No.626

Aaaaaaand here I come racing in as Entry No.626 for an underwater Pokemon race collaboration made by the ever so magnificent JWiesner!

Jellicent was my Pokemon of choice for the race. While not the fastest Pokemon of choice, it's a dangerous one that can use it's ghostly powers to either phase through obstacles... or just destroy anything that gets in its way. 

Here's hoping that my impromptu air pack can hold out as we race... as you can see by my clothing, I just came down from the beach to sign up for this race. Maybe I can rely on Jellicents powers to help keep me dry too!

Oh, and my Eelektross is there because... well... someone needs to help keep my Jellicent in line.
